All High Impact teaching candidates must:
- Hold a teaching license recognized by the state of North Carolina or meet eligibility requirements for lateral entry. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Meet all legal requirements to work in the United States.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug test, and TB test before the start of school.
